Most likely you’ll be landing in Incheon airport, one of the busiest and leading transit airports in the world. There are a few ways you can get to Seoul from Incheon airport:

There are services where you can book a driver a few hours in advance. Mobile apps such as Uber are one of the services that can provide private transfers. You can book a driver in advance and they can pick up a big group(depending on the vehicle you choose) for a trip to Seoul.

Pre-book transfer
If you don’t want to book a last-minute ride, and you have some free time on your hands before your flight, then it’s better to pre-book your transfer trip from Incheon airport to Seoul. These are services that can provide either one-way or round trips.
You can find services that offer shared transportation with other visitors heading to Seoul as well. It’s a service that compromises between public transportation and private transfers.
By Train
Trains are available from 5:30 AM to 11:40 PM. You can either buy your tickets at the airport terminals or you can also pre-book your tickets online. There are two types of trains you can ride from Incheon International Airport.

The Airport Railroad Express(or AREX) has two trains that go back and forth between Incheon and Seoul, and the trip lasts for about 40 minutes. Costing around 9,500 Won, this is the preferred way to travel to Seoul if you are in a hurry and if you’re on a budget.

All Stop Train
You can also ride the All Stop Train which is two times cheaper than AREX but it will take 15-20 minutes longer for you to arrive in Seoul since the All Stop Train stops at other stations along the way(such as Gongdeok station, Hongik University station, etc.) having around 60 minutes of travel time.
By Bus
Another affordable way to get to Seoul is riding a bus. Costing around 9,000 to 16,000 Won, these buses have comfortable seats and you can take either a standard or a deluxe bus when going to Seoul. You can either buy your tickets at the airport or you can also pre-book your tickets online. These buses are available from 5:05 AM to 11:20 PM.
By Taxi
When riding a taxi, it usually takes about an hour to get to Seoul, but it also depends on your arrival time and traffic, the prices may also vary depending on some situations. Taxis are available 24/7 which means that no matter what time you arrive at Incheon airport, you’ll always find a ride going to Seoul. Costing is higher compared to other transportation, and you will have to pay an additional fee for the freeway but it takes you to your exact destination.
